Overview

Akash completed LL.B Course from K.C. Law College, Mumbai University in 2016. He has also cleared his Company Secretary (C.S.) Course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (“ICSI”) in 2015. Akash has also appeared for Solicitors Examination held by Bombay Incorporated Law Society (BILS) in April 2019 and cleared the same. He specialises in Dispute Resolution (Litigation and Arbitration), Insolvency Law and Real Estate litigation. He practises on the Original as well as Appellate side of the Bombay High Court and several other Courts across the city. He has led and been involved in several important Civil, Commercial and Constitutional cases in the Real Estate and Financial Sector.
